Diana Dosik, Founder and Managing Partner

Diana Dosik founded Starling Partners in order to provide executive coaching, leadership team re-wiring and organizational design and transformation consulting services to leaders of complex organizations with multiple stakeholders. 

Before founding Starling Partners, Diana was a Partner at The Boston Consulting Group, where she advised clients on a range of topics including organizational design, organizational behavior, culture design, leadership success, and organizational effectiveness. Diana consulted with Fortune 500 companies across industries over 16 years, with particular expertise in healthcare and financial services. Her deep focus on organizational issues for C-suite leaders led to her talk on the TED stage and to several articles about organizational design and organizational health. Diana also served as an internal coach, helping teams perform better and serve clients more effectively. Her passion for coaching and mentoring in particular led to her executive coaching training at Newfield Network and subsequent training in Positive Intelligence.

Diana started Starling Partners after realizing the potential of combining tried and true socio-organizational analysis at the group level with context-aware executive coaching on the individual level. Diana is passionate about removing emotional and interpersonal roadblocks from work so that people can just enjoy doing the work they love and do it well.

Diana was Phi Beta Kappa at Yale University, and earned her MBA from Harvard Business School. She did her executive coaching training at Newfield Network, and is experienced with various diagnostic tools (e.g. Hogan, MBTI, Enneagram, DISC, PQ).  

Diana is a hot yoga devotee, and lives in New York City with her husband and three children.

Justin provides leadership coaching and consulting services to help CEOs and Leadership Teams implement best-practice processes and systems for scale. He specializes in VC/PE-backed businesses with $5-100m of revenue and 10-200 FTEs.

Justin is also Head of Professional Services at quip, overseeing the growth of digital and professional service products at the $100m+ Personal Care brand. Justin was formerly Founder & CEO of HENRY The Dentist (acquired by Onsite Dental / Norwest Venture Partners in 2021), Co-Founder & CEO of Hudson BLVD Group (acquired by Kuzari Group), Private Equity Associate with Pegasus Capital, and a Management Consultant with The Boston Consulting Group. Justin has raised over $35m for his ventures, operated businesses from $0 to $100m or revenue, grew and managed teams of over 200 people, and managed a variety of cross-functional executive teams over the past 14 years. Justin holds an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, and MBA (with Distinction) from Harvard Business School.

Lyn Lewis, Transformation and Sales Effectiveness Consultant

Lyn Lewis is an experienced executive and consultant who specializes in providing outsourced support to private equity portfolio companies. She assists in business transformation, digital innovation, and sales effectiveness initiatives. Lyn's proficiency lies in coordinating the interdependent workstreams required to modernize business processes, which include sales, pricing, technology, and operations efforts. She is particularly skilled in execution and excels in leading efforts once the strategic direction has been established. Lyn likes to develop deep and collaborative partnerships with the leadership at client companies. She also does executive coaching work.

 

Lyn's career began in management consulting and she has spent the past decade leading operations in various roles across the retail, hospitality, and service industries. Her notable accomplishments include serving as CEO/COO of a prominent women's retailer for five years and launching the world's most luxurious senior living brand in the past two years. Lyn is an expert in building premium products and services in industries not typically associated with an exceptional customer experience.

 

Lyn holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB from the University of Chicago.
